Biography In 1937, William A. Campbell graduated from the Tuskegee Normal and Industrial Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Campbell went on to become a member of class SE-42-F, which graduated at Tuskegee Army Air Field on July 3, 1942. Upon graduation he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant.
